sumpahan duri-an

since its musim durian now, baik i set the record straight..

i dont eat durian and semua yang sewaktu denganya- tempoyak, durian flavoured sweets/icecream/creamPuff/donuts and everything people nowadays are turning it in to.

its a hate.
a real deep hate i have for durians since i was little.

in fact , i cant even recall whether ive even tasted it at all,

i just hate durian.

it started i think during my primary years, when we were still living in damansara.

i was running around with firhan and somehow behind a particular door, somebody stacked some durians and i missed it, and fell on it.

the duri hit my left elbow, and left some nasty scars on it.

(imagine a plump gurl, falling directly on them duri, ouch!)

years went by, there were several attemps from my abah and ablone, (who cant seem to understand the relvance of the event and hating durian),

to try force some in my mouth everytime musim durian comes..

abah will signal abalone to hanHeld me, while abah tries to shove it down my throat, i always get a way wit it.. hehehehe

but i guess its a sumpahan, that i think the durian too hates me- more than once have i accidently bang/slightly step and even tersiku, at the same place it hit me before...mmmm...

the closest encounter i had eating durian, was when i had my penempatan daerah in mersing, and my keluarga angkat, on our last day, made bubur (i thought was bubur kacang hitam) and right there in my bowl, was the biggest flesh of durian i have ever seen.. haha..to avoid insulting my keluarga angkat, i sipped the bubur, but didnt ate the durian, good thing i had an adik angkat, whom immidiately ask if i was going to finish it.. ha ha ha..

lots are saying that it is such a waste to hate durian,

because once ive tried the flesh, its no turning back,

some even ask me to find some room in me to forgive durian, by eating it (wtf!!)

maybe if im being paid to eat durian, that i might just do it...

(yeah sure!)

so here's to longLasting hate and benci to you, durian!
